id recommend wearing turtle armor with it and using the ufo to fly around. but yeah its totally possible dude. if youre just looking for a quick kill though then vampire knives are the way to go. theyre a little hard to get because you have to grind for the corruption key in the hardmode corruption and get them out of the dungeons crimson chest. but they will thake you through every boss except maybe the moonlord
