I mean, if you don't have any rational explanation for why you feel this way, and you've been feeling it for several months, and it's enough of a problem that it negatively interferes with your day-to-day life (I'm assuming it does, since you're posting about it), you should probably talk to someone about it.
You can't bear crosses like that forever, no matter how hard you think you can.
