I just use the normal knight. High health and shield, and the dual wield ability is more useful than any of the other special abilities. My favorite guns are snow fox L and varkolyn assault rifle, cause they don't take ammo and attack fast.

Varkolyn doesnt. Snow fox XL does take one.

The snow fox L takes 0 though. Personally I like to have a sword and a big gun or king snow ape bow for bosses. I hate consuming consumables.
