Details:
Honey Comb grants the Honey buff, internally. This means 2 HP/s and reduced debuff damage, however it doesn't stack with upgrades of itself or the actual Honey buff.
Honey Balloon straight up increases your regen by 2 HP/s, not the same as Honey but it stacks with it.
Star Cloak and Veil now grant a bit of DR. 7%, to be exact.

Panic Necklace's buff grants a 25% damage increase as well. This is not a little difference. Sweetheart Necklace also gets Honey Comb's new buff, as you'd expect.
Frozen Turtle Shell gives 8 defense at all times. This makes it have a little effect when you are not below 50% HP.
Ankh Shield gives 12 defense now.

They are not shown in the gif, but Ankh Charm and Paladin's Shield give 8 and 24 defense respectively. Not 100% sure on that last number.
Bee Cloak gets both of its predecessors' buffs, as well as something else.

I can already imagine a playthrough using the Anchor with the Honey Comb subsidiary accessories
