I originally envisioned them darting up to you and using a close range lazer sweep attack, with a 100% chance of inflicting the debuff, but I actually like that a lot more.

I'm not that good at modding
The bolts have a 25% chance to inflict the debuff for 5 seconds and contact has a 50% chance to inflict it for 10 seconds, should I increase the rate and length?
