Same here, but I got Skeletron and Eye if Cthulhu so I got that going for me, which is nice

is there something like "TO throphy claim"?

I just did, the @ symbol tags a user and they will get a notification when they are tagged, so he will see this.
(Unless the notification for this is buried under 9001 other notifications)

Skiphs increased the number of times per day it checks to see if that helps.

Typically it's a function of time and your profile being set to public on steam until the trophies occur.

What is the interval of cheeking? Because I am without the trophy since I joined, and I linked the account about 3(?) hours after I joined.

That it has and is working for a large swath of people means there is something (like private profiles) at play on either our or your end that needs adjusting. Only via those details will be discover it.
