The "meat" is called prosciutto, it isn't like regular raw meat, it goes through some stuff before being ready.
Ham, nothing more.
The white one is mozzarella, a particularly good one ( made with buffalo's milk).
Nothing unhealty or unethical, as far as i know, unless you're muslim or vegetarian/vegan.

Ah ok i was mostly scared of the mozzarella because i though it was one of those strange cow parts that people eat

Joking aside: Mozzarella is one of the best cheeses out there.
