TELL HIM TO JUMP INTO THE DUNGEON AND IGNORE THE OLD MAN AND HE WILL HAVE AN HEART ATTACK

Anytime a boss spawns by unconventional means, as in, without a spawn item, tell him to unknowingly spawn it. Say shadow orbs/Crimson Hearts drop loot (which is true, but don't tell him about the bosses. Tell him the old man will let you in the dungeon at night, but don't tell him about skeletron. Encourage him to throw a Voodoo Doll into the lava, etc.
