What you should do is go to the three Labyrinths to get some Barbarian Armor. (I mean, you can also get the Diamond Circlet from a chest in one)

Alright. Barbarian armor it is. I remember one is to the northwest of the Akkala tech lab, and I think there's one in the Hebra region, but I never found the third.

Gerudo Wasteland. Take a sand seal to the bottom of the map until you can’t go any further, then go east until you smack into the rock face, then head north. You should find it pretty quickly. The Sheikah sensor (set on shrines) will help.
Or just get the regional map and place a pin

Or if you got Tarrey Town, you can just get one piece and buy the rest (4k each)
