It's hard to determine skill, time and the average.
But I've only seen more people doing more crazy things such as any% speedrunning, low% archievments, Master Mode / For the Worthy, Boss oneshots, living permanently on hardcore, Everything of T-MEC.
I can go on with this.

Definitely not. We have people casually playing a difficulty where everything has triple the stats than in past versions.
