What platform are you on? And what does the Shell Phone's item name say (please type it completely)?

There hasn't been a hotfix on Switch for a couple of weeks; are you sure you are fully up to date?

You may need to try to transform your Shellphone into the next "form" to correct this, but I don't know what the text input for that is on Switch.

It has a next "form"?

Probably switching from spawn, home, ocean, and underworld

The Labor of Love release on Switch enabled crafting a shellphone (I was very excited for this) but when I crafted it, it became yellow rarity mute item. It only says "Shellphone" with no options and when used it makes the warping sound but does nothing.

This item was crafted on a map that generated before LoL release but is still compatible with current seeds. Not sure if that's relevant but lmk if I can provide any more info.

I have a backup cellphone I've been using but would love to get my conch functionality back!
