For summoners, remove your summons when she's getting low, and use whips. Once she's really low, hold your staff but don't summon anything yet, wait until day. Then destroy her for her op class specific weapon.

Might be still difficult for mages because they're so powerful that they would kill her if they sneezed incorrectly.
Mages need a nerf, especially during pre moon-lord and early hardmode stages of the game.
I did a mage playthrough, and it was one of the most BORING playthroughs I've done, as it was TOO EASY!
