The only reason I don't seem constantly depressed is so that I don't make others feel sad, but right now I can't keep up that act.
Hello, I just want to tell you that we're here. It's okay to ask for help, as we all need a little assistance every now and then. Although it's up to you to when you'll be ready to seek help and who you'll trust enough to talk about your problems. I know you can get through this. We believe in you.
A good while away from the internet will do you some good; it tends to have that effect on people.
Go out some more, get some fresh air, meet some new people, loosen yourself up a bit, know that the world isn't as bad as the media makes it out to be, & be sure to keep the barrel out of your mouth. Trust me, I know from personal experience, that's not a fun situation to be in.
I’m sorry you’re going through this. I encourage you to talk with your parents or a trained professional, there are people that can help and it will make a difference. A phone call or chat is available anytime Lifeline Australia - 13 11 14 - Crisis Support. Suicide Prevention.
