Well, I'm kind of new. So call me surprised to find this to be normal.

You know it's massive when it takes a few seconds to load when you click in "view previous comments."

I'm pretty sure it will take a while to do so for me. I'm about 8 messages in. Not the 8 hundred + you have.

I got 120 on a forum where I've been the past two years I'm surprised you managed to get that many in just a few months, Razor... But now I look at your profile page, I do see you post a lot of messages per day, so that should explain that
