Cenx has already said that 1.3 would be 'no more than six months from now' in january, so barring any major complications (which do happen to real people like the devs) things should be out this year. Before september, even.

I think that Otherworld will be out sometime late this year or early-to-mid next year. Since it's in alpha the closed beta may start the second half of this year and maybe open beta/release early next year.
