Ouch...

My Brother once had a 140 pound bar drop on his chest.

It was the closest to death he's ever been.

That does not sound like fun. One time my friend was doing hang clean and fell back. The bar was about 1 inch away from his neck. He could have ended with either a skull fracture or whatever you call a crushed neck.

I call that death.
