So, I have an idea. How about 1.3.1/2/whatever is a "community update", composed entirely of community suggestions? Small ones, and nothing large like the Cyber (like 1-15 items or enemies), and the idea is that the community votes on their favorite ideas like this, but they can't vote for themselves.
