Looking back I think it would make more sense if the oil pot could just be hung on blocks and hit with a weapon in order to make it fall instead of having to break the block as that could be tedious. Like how fragile chandeliers work in thorium.

Pots that are bigger than normal pots but when broken, instead of dropping coins, it explodes into pieces. This trap would probably be even more evil if when you drink a spelunker potion they also glow so they look even more like an ordinary pot.
