Buzzards are Hardmode upgrades of Vultures. They spawn in deserts.
They chase the player and have a swinging attack with their talons, increasing their range of attack from regular Vultures. They deal much more damage than Vultures and travel faster.

If any NPC (not just the Zoologist) is happy enough, you can do a handshake gesture with them, which functionally doesn’t do anything but act as an immersive way to show camaraderie with them
