Since the new Update for the 3ds version, fishing actually works now!!! Any one know of a way that I can make fake biomes just for fishing? I want to start a new world and just mainly use it for fishing. Any ideas? Tips? And measurements I must follow?

I found a glitch. When using hook. (i have the dual hook, if it matters) I latch onto the blocks directly above me, and when I try to use the d-pad to place blocks, it doesn't work, it freaks out.
