Is it possible to run on Mac?

How do I install a Mod Pack on Mac? I seem to find no tutorials, there isn't a ModPacks folder in my Mods folder or anywhere in the Terraria folder, if I have to make a ModPacks folder in the Mods folder, I already have and it hasn't worked.. Help?
