I know of a duplication glitch with saving, but I think it doesn't only apply to 2 people. Sometimes I save, Wearing Titan armor, I swap to, say, Dragon armor, I mess up, save scum (exit without saving, we've all done it,) Then I have the Titan armor on, but sometime later, I check my HM armor...
