As I've played more, it seems like the settings are sometimes saved and still there on relaunch. Seems random, sometimes it's the same, sometimes default.

Due to having a phone with a notch screen, I edit the safe region in settings, but the setting is always reset to default when I relaunch so I have to re-edit the setting each time.
