How do I go about adjusting the x/y placement of the Magic Storage UI? Is that even possible? What else can I do to fix this issue?

So I've had this issue where the Magic Storage UI overlaps the vanilla crafting menu bar. Which means whenever I try to craft or move items in the Magic Storage, it'll scroll or craft items from the vanilla bar, because it clicks through both UI.
