Can a corrupted save cause de-sync?

Been playing with my friend for a few weeks now and suddenly today we have major de-sync. Not sure what the causes is was when we do internet speed test our internet speed is fine.

Never mind you can Archive this post. I was playing on my Tschock server and the issue was happening on there so I tested single player and the issue wasn't happening then I tried standard server and the issue didn't happen so I guess the cause was Tschock.

Hello, Found a bug when you have auto door setting turned on and you stand in an open doorway and you manually close it the door disappears. It depends on the where your standing. Can make a video if that helps.
