    PC Random Slowing Down

    When playing Terraria, I would get random FPS drops(40 FPS) and not just that, the whole game just slows down to 50+%, according to the F10 information. My specs are fine, in which Terraria doesn't need a strong PC. I am not running any other application that slows the computer down. Help please!
