For non Lava Potted Plants it works so I was udner the impression that it is a bug. I'm prividing a screen shot. Of course I treated the lava plants like the class ones without thinking a second the items could work differently code wise so it's definitely my bad if it's actually not a bug...

The tiles of the actual pot can be painted though but the plant themselves are not showing any color changes when painted.

In my opinion Hytale is not going to kill or harm Terraria. Terraria offers a rather unique experience and every player who ajoyed this game once will never forget about it. Maybe Hytale with kill Minecraft, but not Terraria.

So we will be able to place food on the 1.3.6. Maybe we will be able to do the same with all the potions for decoration :)
