You can't hear each other in the Mumble server at all? Even when not in game? Maybe try the loopback tests described here. If that still doesn't work I'm not really sure I can do much because it sounds more like a problem with Mumble and not with the mod.

Are you able to hear others in the Mumble call? If not, you may have to allow Mumble through your firewall.

Did Terraria successfully link to Mumble and did you set up Mumble correctly? Can you provide screenshots of your Mumble "Audio Output" and "Plugins" settings?
