You are not alone: https://forums.terraria.org/index.php?threads/xbox-one-split-screen-sound-glitch.83926/ It is a bug apparently, please report at Terraria: Console & Mobile Bug Form , the more reports the bigger chance for a quick patch I suppose.

I finally gave up and reinstalled - now it works. Looks like i'm doing another fresh start.

Thanks for the answer, but restart didn't help. My date/time settings was never changed (set to auto-sync). Any other ideas ?

Hi! Just installed new update (it is supposed to fix trial-reverting bug) , but now I just see infinite loading screen... There is message "Connecting to server" and shortly after that "Failed download/install". What can I do ? My network is working fine.
