There's no bars for it, you need Iron Bars and the armor you get from examining the 3 bodies you need to burn for that quest (hence the level 8 crafting skill required). It also tells you Iron bars are needed, I just don't remember where it tells you that.

To note, there is a Beta multiplayer available to Patreons, though it's a bit more limited due to still being in early production.
