Bouncy blocks would cause you to short-hop or bound off them.
Sticky blocks could embed you in them for a split-second, similar to touching honey but less effective. Or they could act like Tiger Climbing Gear where you hold & have to manually press off.
Could be crafted from honey, gel, slime...
Would LOVE to see Springs & Trampolines implemented.
Activatable Spring Traps for launching players would be *drool* too. Launch pads essentially.
