Updated mod for tml v0.10

Just want to say that this is the one mod I was waiting for to update to tml 0.10, I think it is awesome. The little tweaks are sometimes the best.

We love the sound on our multiplayer server, but we think the volume is too loud compared to all the other sound effects in the game, can you adjust the volume down a little?
