Ok, now ive found my goblin, it worked!

Drag it to the goblin's head and let go before his inventory shows up.
I have the best modifiers.

You can Reforge them, but its a bit hard.
Take your item, then just drop it into the Tinkerers head but don't drag it in. Then go ahead and reforge it
