Mobile 1.2 won't open

I've been playing terraria alot recently and have came to a point where the game crashes at start up. I assume that it's the Christmas update. I am running terraria on a Samsung galaxy s3 and on a Asus memo pad 7 and the same happens their.

My brother who I play with alot is able to play on his phone and we have the exact same model and contract.

Hopefully the issue will be fixed soon.
Is their anything I can do? I've tried clearing cache.
