PC 1.3.2 Crafting Menu Not Appearing

I've stumbled across what I believe is a bug with my own client; because others are not having this problem.
Whenever I press 'Esc' to open my inventory and crafting menu, the crafting menu does not appear. Even when
I stand near crafting stations. I've verified the game cache integrity, so I'm not sure what else to do.

Delete your config.json file from your Documents Folder, and take a screenshot of the entire game when you are near crafting stations and using your inventory.

You have no resources in your inventory to prompt for crafting, try obtaining items first, like ores and coins, wood, and confirm again.
