There are still plenty of new players coming all the time. Not only that, but old players still create new worlds.

@TuXus3r was saying he wanted to make a new world for the new backgrounds. @Reepicheep was asking why would he do that when he can't turn on backgrounds without tanking his fps. As far as I know 1.3.6 won't add any new world been content other than backgrounds, so there's not much point in making a new world just for this patch.

It would be nice and refreshing for those who make new worlds for playthroughs (even when modded). So I certainely love to see them.
