Corrupted Soul: Defeat the Eater of Worlds
Brain Games: Defeat the Brain of Cthulhu
Infinite Honey: Defeat the Queen Bee
Bones: Defeat Skeletron
Hardmode: Defeat the Wall of Flesh
Lasers and Mouth Sores: Defeat the Twins
Loose Probes: Defeat the Destroyer
Bones Elemental: Defeat Skeletron Prime
A Real Fight: Defeat Plantera
Terracotta and Nerves: Defeat Golem
Tsunami: Defeat the Duke Fishron
Out of this World: Defeat Lunar Boss (?)
Fighter: Defeat all non-event bosses
Bloody Murder: Survive the Blood Moon
Enchanted: Survive the Solar Eclipse
Clash of Goblins: Survive the Goblin Invasion
Blackbeard: Survive the Pirate Invasion
Frosty the Snowman: Survive the Frost Legion
Cinnamon, Bread and Pumpking: Survive the Pumpkin Moon
Merry Non-Christmas: Survive half of the Frost Moon
The End of Frozen: Survive the Frost Moon
Warrior: Defeat all bosses including events
Game Over: Have all of the obtainable items.

Frosty I: Go to Wave 10 of the Frost Moon for the first time!
Frosty II: Go to Wave 15 of the Frost Moon for the first time!
Frosty III: Go to Wave 20 of the Frost Moon for the first time!
Frosty IV: Defeat the Frost Queen on Wave 20 of the Frost Moon for the first time!

Pumpking Pie I: Go to Wave 5 of the Pumpkin Moon for the first time!
Pumpking Pie II: Go to Wave 10 of the Pumpkin Moon for the first time!
Pumpking Pie III: Go to Wave 15 of the Pumpkin Moon for the first time!
Pumpking Pie IV: Defeat the Pumpking on Wave 15 of the Pumpkin Moon for the first time!

Useless: Get your first piece of junk from fishing!
Fish Powah I: Catch your first fish.
Fish Powah II: Complete your first Angler Quest.
Fish Powah III: Catch and Defeat Duke Fishron

Cratesmith I: Get your first Crate!
Cratesmith II: Get your first Metal Crate!
Cratesmith III: Get your first Golden Crate!
Cratetrolled: Get a Hardy Saddle.

Encounter your first Blood Moon

Sighted Megashark: Defeat the Twins

Horrific Eclipse: Encounter your first Solar Eclipse.
 
These are my opinion on the achievements:
  • Up, Up, and Away! You have to reach the top of the world to get this achievement.
  • Isolation Island. Use a calming potion on a floating island.
  • Flower Power. Kill Plantera with a flower pow.
  • Bonarang! Defeat skeletron with any boomarang.
  • Food Mood. Get all possible food in the game.
  • Double Trouble! Get a Dual Hook.
  • Happy July 4! Get your first firework.
  • Family Reunion. Get all NPCs in a house.
  • Love is in The Air. Craft a love potion or a heartreach potion.
  • Lets Take a Bath! Use an aqua scepter on a player.
  • Possessed Torch! Acquire a Flamelash.
  • Final Level. Defeat the Wall of Flesh.
  • Child Abuse! Kill the Angler NPC.
  • Trick or Treat! Finish the Pumkin Moon.
  • And a Happy New Year! Finish the Frost Moon.
  • OUCH! Suicide.

360 No-Scope'd - Shoot another player with the sniper rifle while they're off-screen.
Explosions! (of death) - Kill any boss using only explosives.
C-C-C-COMBO BREAKER - Get three critical hits in a row. (assuming this is possible)
Dystopia! - Hallow an entire world
'Aw hell no - Go to hell for the first time
There's a disturbance in the force - Spread any biome unnaturally.
I too like to live dangerously - Go into the dungeon before killing skeletron.
Scrub - Get killed by the dungeon guardian.
A present? For me? - Open 100 presents/Goodie bags.
That's just not cool - Get killed by another player.
MAGE CLASS NEEDS NERF - Obtain your first magic weapon
Look at all the colours! - Paint 500 blocks/walls.
Now that's fancy! - Craft a Tuxedo Shirt and Tuxedo Pants.
You crushed my flowers! - Kill plantera at least 5 times.
OOOOMLAAAA - "Defeat" the lunar boss. (I say "defeat" because I don't really know if you "defeat" it or not. Also yes, OOOOMLAAAA is a reference to the War of the Worlds musical)
CHESTSCEPTION - Put a chest inside a piggy bank, then that piggy bank inside of a safe.
That's... vile. - Corrupt an entire world with crimson/corruption.
Deja-vu - Wear a full set of familiar clothes.
That's not good is it? - Initiate Hardmode.

Now, I know some of these have alredy been said,(*cough-cough* initiate hardmode *cough-cough*) but these are my names for them.

I have some ideas!

ZooKeeper : Collect every animal in game
WHO?! : Have equipped Fez, The Doctor's Shirt and The Doctor's Pants at a same time
Clothier is a FRIEND! : Spawn Skeletron second time (By killing Clothier)
It´s a me PLUMBER! : Have equipped Plumber's Outfit at a same time
I´m HERO not ZELDA! : Have equipped Hero Outfit at a same time
Magic is REAL?! : Craft every easymode staff in game (Amethyst to Diamond)
Don´t bully the EYE! : Kill EoC 100 times
And WHERE now?! : Kill every boss 10 times (not the event/moon boss)
Light plese! : Craft and use Fairy Bell (only after completing I´m HERO not ZELDA!)
Ooh the Egyptian Shield : Craft and reforge Ankh Shield
Double swimming wolf : Have equipped Moon Shell, Moon Charm and Neptune´s Shell at a same time
Colors are good for US : Have equipped Intense Flame Dye, Intense Green Flame Dye, Intense Blue Flame Dye and Intense Rainbow Dye at a same time

To continue our ongoing efforts to add community suggestions to the game we would like to start taking suggestions for achievements for the new achievement system that will be in the 1.3 PC update! A few of the areas you can think about while submitting your suggestions are; completing events, fishing, crafting, collecting, surviving, etc.

Here's what I think should be added for 1.3 achievements:

1) "Today's the Day"--Beat at least 5 bosses at once (or however many you find suitable).

2) "Trophy Hunter"--Obtain at least one of every trophy.

3) "Spending Spree"--Spend ten platinum all at once (not all on reforges either).

4) "How to Catch a Butterfly"--Catch one of every type of butterfly.

5) "It's Raining sand"--Kill a pre-hardmode boss with the sandgun.

6) "Bring home the gold"--Obtain the Lucky Coin.

7) "Modded Makeover"--Play through the game using at least one mod.

8) "Weaponless Survival"--Beat any boss with only a Slime Staff.

9) "I Fish For a Living, How About You?"--Catch 1000 fish total.

10) "Gold Mine"--Loot 500 gold/platinum ore.

11) "Mining Heaven"--Mine out 10000 blocks from one world.

12) "Warrior"--Play through the whole game only using melee weapons.

13) "Ranger"--Play through the whole game only using ranged weapons.

14) "Mage"--Play through the whole game only using magic weapons.

15) "Summoner"--Play through the whole game only using summoner weapons.


Those are my first fifteen choices for achievements. I hope they will be taken into consideration, and I should have another fifteen out soon. Great job on Otherworld and 1.3. From what I've seen so far, it looks like they are both going to be big hits for me and many other Terrarians. I look forward to it.

2) Lord of the Underworld: Defeat the wall of flesh
3) Is that a mutant?: Spawn the wall of flesh
4) Turtle: Make a full set of turtle armor
5) Ninja Turtle: Wear full Turtle armor with a black belt
6) Way too much free time: Earn every other achievement
7) No chance: Try to defeat any hardmode boss with pre hardmode stuff (ex: gold sword)
8) "Come play with us...": Spawn the twins
9) "I'm not a doctor!": Obtain the Nurse
10) King of Terraria: Have a terra blade and defeated every boss(except moon bosses)
11) Nightly Hero: Get a Nights Edge
12) Hallowed Hero: Get an Excalibur with Hallowed Armor
13) Take back the night : Defeat all mech bosses in one night
14) Revamped: Spawn any mech boss for the first time
15) Rebuilt yourself?: Spawn any mech boss that you already defeated
16) Serial Killer: Kill 200 mobs
17) Murderer: Kill 150 mobs
18) Insane: Kill 100 mobs
19) Killer: Kill 50 mobs

  • Ultra Shark-Gun thing: get a mega-shark
  • No need to be so Bossy: Achievements for beating each boss or beating all of them
  • Lets get Started: Play multi-player
  • Get Wrecked: Kill a player who is on your steam friends list
  • Terraria is Life: play 250 hours
  • get a Terra blade
  • Hard-mode: unlock hard-mode
  • Lumberjack: break 500 trees
  • Miner: mine 5000 blocks of stone
  • Builder: place 1000 blocks
  • Fisherman: go fishing
  • Super Fisherman: complete all fishing quests
  • Bud squad: be in a multi-player game with 3 or more people who are on your steam friends list
  • Witch Crafting: craft a potion
  • Your a Wizard: equip the wizards hat dropped from tim
MORE IDEAS:
  • Ghosting!: Be a ghost
  • Loads of Money!: Get a Platinum Coin
  • Tinkering: Reforge weapons
  • Fly Away: Craft your first set of wings
  • Wingin' it: Fly 100 000 blocks
  • Hammer time: craft a hammer

Friggin' Noob. Ya' can't die from fall damage with wings on. (Also it's Daedalus, you abbreviate his name like you're his friend, even though he's a pathetic, worthless, nephew and/or son killing scum.)
