Bug #1: If you are starving to death, you take less damage from the fire blocks in hell. Must be a local immunity frame issue with starving?
But #2: I think* the flame tick from on fire enemies prevents the flaming mace from hitting sometimes. I wish I had an easier way to test this for sure.
