i got the same problem on xbox one changed control settings now is unplayable

They most likely won't do anything about it. You will have to rebind your keys to how you like it sadly.

Terraria had always reminded me of Microsoft's office. Spend some time with either one and you'll be good... for awhile at least. Once an update hits, all bets are off. They'll have likely changed things around enough that you'll feel lost. Worry not as after months of usage, you'll get into the groove until the next random update. Rinse and repeat.
