Did you watch those YouTube videos that didnt work? Well don't change your dpi then! Keep your dpi as it is and change resolution alot.
My device has 1920x1080 and you would think i will have 10hotbars. Well no not even 2560x1440 with 20dpi works.
What i did was keep the dpi as it is and increase the resolution ALOT! I made it 3000x1700... If 3000x1700 doesn't work or looks bad keep playing with numbers it will work.
How it works? Idk a guy in a YouTube video said put the resolution to your "devices max" so i just played with the numbers. I hope i helped you have a good day.
EDIT: So 3000x1700 is SO HD which makes the game lag so lower both numbers by 100 until 10 hotbar option goes so 2600x1400 doesnt work but 2700x1500 works and i get less lag. If you didnt understand i will try to explain to you easily.
