1140: It is possible to beat the following Sonic 1 levels without pressing left:
-All of Green Hill Zone
-Spring Yard Zone Act 2
-Star Light Zone Act 1 and Act 2
Might be possible to beat Spring Yard 1 by using Speedrun Strats (which I am not good at), and I haven't tested the last three levels of the game. They're most likely impossible though.

1177: Here's another Sonic fact: the soundtrack in Sonic and Knuckles Collection for PC is comprised of midis from the soundtrack of a Sonic 3 prototype. This includes the tracks that were completely replaced for the final Sonic 3.

Edit: 1178: The original miniboss theme is the only early Sonic 3 song to return in a later Genesis version of Sonic 3, becoming the midboss theme for both Sonic and Knuckles and it's lock on, Sonic 3 and Knuckles.
