Console 3ds file Transfer to Nintendo Switch

File transfer has never been a feature in all the versions of Terraria, simply because the differences between versions and the lack of a consistent way across platforms to tranfer such data. I wouldn't count on the possibility.

Since the 3DS version is no longer receiving major updates, I doubt whether this would even be possible.

They're right. Old generation devices are no longer being updated. At least that means we can still fight Ocram.

Idky they didnt do this because your able to file transfer from ps vita to ps4

If you were able to locate the files of your 3ds on a computer, then you could transfer it to computer terraria, but not back. All the 3ds exclusive items would turn into golden bunnies though..... I don’t know if it’s is possible.
