I need to be clear: this is NOT an effort to “bring back the throwing class”. This is simply an effort to give thrown weapons a bit of •umph• as the player advances by allowing those consumable weapons to benefit from existing mechanics.
  1. Have melee speed bonuses (armor, accessories, modifiers, etc.) increase fire rate and projectile velocity.
  2. Have the Feral Claws (and tinkers) increase fire rate and projectile velocity by 12% and grant autothrow.
  3. Have the Titan Glove (and tinkers) increase knockback by 100%.
  4. Have the Mechanical Glove (and tinkers) increase thrown ranged damage by 12%.
  5. Make it so the Magma Stone (and tinkers, except Molten Quiver) imbues projectiles with Hellfire.
  6. If it does not already work this way, make all consumable throwing weapons classify as “specialist” ranged type weapons, allowing them to benefit from the Shroomite Helmet’s bonuses.
