Lately, I got back to Terraria after watching a few challenge runs on YT. As we know, accessory prefixes are pretty important, especially when you play Master Mode. While looking at a YouTuber reforging an item dozens of times for that Warding prefix, I recalled a some mod that allowed you to choose what you want to reforge into. That seemed too OP. THEN I recalled a mechanic from mobile games where you roll for certain abilities and you basically spam the button, but you have to press "confirm" when reforging really rare tiers of SS/SSS class.
And so I thought that I'd like to see something similar in Terraria. I'd say: Let us choose what prefix we're reforging for (let's say I want a Warding Shield of Cthulhu) so that we can spam the button without checking what we got every time we reforge (and reforging from Warding to something else by mistake 50% of the time)
I wouldn't say it's cheating in any way nor is it OP; just a small QoL function for our little money-eating NPC with an unsatiable appetite.
TL;DR: Please add a function that will prevent us from reforging a chosen prefix by accident.
