<<Now they are a seperate organisation filling the same roles the Swaasnia Militia does, but with a few added things making them closer to a complete military, and under control of the Phobos government, assuming you are alright with it of course.>>

<<Sure. We're also giving you access to some of our own tech, supplied by private R&D departments, but if we terminate the partnership, we will revoke all access.>>

As part of this I would like to place Colonel Davis in charge of part of the defence force due to our involvement and experience.>>
