The Destroyer
This would be interesting, but if you already had all the NPCs, their presence would break most quests. For example, Steve has a Nurse and she has healed him before. If Steve updated, this would not only cause a paradox but he would ragequit.
Also the ultimate sacrifice needs to be nerfed big time. I like needing to purify stuff, it adds an "OH, SHOOT" (oh shoot being in like you find a corruption you missed and you're all like, "oh shoot!") concept to the game. Plus, I love the Dryad and I don't wanna have to wait all day just to visit her. Also the Dryad is a type of nymph, and nymphs are already spirits. Thus, making her turn into a ghost would cause a paradox. Perhaps instead of the Dryad dying from the sacrifice, she could take all the world's viruses and put them in herself, changing her appearance and stock until she dies. This would remove 90% of all Hallow, Corruption, and Crimson. The remaining 10% would be guaranteed to be already explored, so if you want to permanently purify the world she does most of the work. However that work can be reverted if the Dryad dies, so you will need to give her a safer housing. (If you have a hotel like I do, move her to an isolated hut far away from your hotel. If you have a bunch of huts all over your base, make hers underground, or farther from the others. Make sure there isn't too much water or she might drown.) With this small nerf, it will make the game easier for the majority who don't wanna work AND provide something to do for the minority who do wanna work. Before you say, "you can't guarantee someone explored more than 10% of the map," by the time you beat mister moon, you will have explored more than at least 15% of the map.
Also the mission where the Truffle goes away to raise a Truffle of his own is really cool.. But perhaps it could use some changes. Perhaps you should be able to find the Truffle underground in mushroom biomes while he is away. When you talk to him, he says one of these dialogues:
"I didn't expect to meet you here, <PlayerName>!"
"How's it going, Mother?" (Only to the host, and they are female)
"How's it going, Father?" (Only to the host, and they are male)
"Oh, it's you!"
"Aaahh! How did you get here <PlayerName>!?" (During Solar Eclipse or Blood Moon)
"Oh. It's just you. I was getting lonely and afraid down here..." (When more than 5 enemies are present)
He also wouldn't sell, just say one of the dialogues above.
I don't dislike the mission it's just that this could make it much cooler!
Anyway that's the end of my critique.
