Other Ability to change the appearance of the trolley and hooks

I would like my trolley to be as fast as a mechanical trolley, but at the same time it would look something different. Also with the hook, it would be cool if its appearance could be replaced with another one.

Maybe add the ability to change the appearance of the trolley and hook, just like with armor?

Or rope carabines, like what I actually thought this post was saying as well? Y’know, if the Minecart Upgrade Kit also affected players when they climb on ropes, that’d be very cool.
