NPCs & Enemies About Npc happyness for some special npc...

So making npc happy lower prices overall but what about npcs you can't buy anything with/have special abilities?
Is there any point in making these npc happy (i'm not even sure if this is already implented...if it is please let me know)?

-Tax Collector get better money income?
-Nurse gives cheaper healing?
-Goblin Tinkerer gives cheaper Reforge?
-Angler gives better fishing quest rewards (more money)?
-Dye Trader gives better Strange Plant Quest rewards (more dyes in a row)?
-Stylist gives cheaper hair cut/color?

And what about the Guide, any point of making him happy?
Edit: how about the Guide giving hidden advanced tips and info when he is happy?

At the moment there is not enough data about how every npc is affected.
Probably the Goblin thinkerer has cheaper reforges.(needs verification)
Angler may give more money as quest rewards.
Dye trader has cheaper prices.
Stylist may have cheaper dyes.
And the guide deserves it,killed over and over,for progress or for fun,he suffered,and with the 1.4 update,and incomplete wiki we went to him to check the new recipes.
