Weapons & Equip About Stackable Weapons in 1.4.5

So I've read that weapons will be stackable in 1.4.5 if they don't have prefixes on them. The hoarder in me asks that please for the love of all that is holy please let us somehow remove a prefix from a weapon so we can stack them in a chest. Also do the stackable weapons also mean that accessories will also be stackable? If not is that possible because like I said the hoarder in me wants to collect.

You're right, I think an item that removes the modifier would be a good idea.

Or an option for Goblin Tinkerer to remove a modifier based on the price multiplier of the modifier (so you earn tiny profits for downgrading positive modifiers, and pay a tiny amount to get rid of a bad one).

Even if you could only get it removed by random chance like the other rolls I'd be fine with it

(i can't be bothered to start everything from scratch in journey mode so that i can have stock items, most i'm willing to do is convert all of my worlds and characters but that's also a hassle)
