PC Absolutely any item I drop, I am unable to pick up. Help!

I was mining, dropped my sword, tried to pick it up, and nothing happened. Then I dropped my pick. And then a few tests. I have determined that nothing that I have dropped, I can pick up. Is there any way to fix this?
Mods: Overhaul, Antiaris, Dust Trails, Shortsword Overhaul, Universe of Bows, and a few more that I can't remember.
 
Overhaul breaks almost everything if you use other mods alongside it. I personally would not have used it with any of those mods.
